Very Intensive Care

Double penetration surges with sexual energy as the prescription for bedside manner. Tickle your libido with meaty medics probing anal action with oversized units. There's something altogether refreshing about High Octane's releases. Director Herve Handsome follows a tried-and-true, some might say stubborn formula, but individually his productions register. In "Medic Men," Handsome has assembled his usual quota of more than a dozen spicy foreigners, all playing horny doctor and patient.
