Echolocations: River

2017 · 2 min ·

Whatever sound you make it's like a giant limb that can reach beyond your fingers and grope the corners of the room.

Recorded under the Hyperion Bridge and at the surrounding Los Angeles River in LA California, Echolocations: River is second in a series of short films and recordings which document site specific compositions performed by Andrew Bird in exceptional natural and urban environments. A Companion piece to Bird's instrumental album of the same name.
