A woman with debilitating ADHD embarks on a self-help journey to the woods only to come face-to-face with herself, with violent consequences.

Nicole Murray and Paige Henderson are the writers and stars of the short film "3 Easy Steps," all about ADHD, Self-Rejection, Internal pain, and our tendency to look for quick and easy cures, and how those can backfire.
