Destruction Live at Wacken Open Air

2025 · 60 min · Music

Sometimes a single note is enough to make it clear: nothing here will ever be the same again. For over four decades, Destruction has delivered precisely this feeling with a force that has lost none of its edge. In 2025, they returned to Wacken with a new album, a new lineup, and their familiar ferocity. Frontman Schmier leads a set that leaves no room for frills. Pure thrash, fast, hard, and straight to the core. Anyone who thinks veterans rest on their laurels hasn't seen Destruction live in a long time. Here, nothing burns down, everything burns to the ground. Setlist: "Curse the Gods", "Invincible Force", "Nailed to the Cross", "Mad Butcher", "Life Without Sense", "Under the Spell", "Diabolical", "Total Desaster", "No Kings No Masters", "Destruction", "Bestial Invasion", "Thrash 'Til Death"
