Din, a highly skilled but financially struggling plumbing repairman who believes in doing what is right and fixing everything with heart. He becomes entangled with Ya, the heir to the TRT Group empire, through the competition “The Next Leader,” a contest to select the company’s next generation of executives. Din must face Phong, a rival who relies on being cunning, having connections, and influence. Under mounting pressure, Din must do more than repair the company’s collapsing plumbing system: he must also mend the cracks in Ya’s heart and prove to everyone that a true leader is not measured by profit figures, but by their willingness to leave no one behind.
